We are thrilled you are coming to the 90’s Experience, here are a few questions that may arise as you are planning your visit.

Please your photo ID and ticket and present them to our 90’s Experience host upon arriving.

90’s Experience tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. At least one person’s ID in your party must match the name on one ticket (the rest of the names are interchangeable).

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Please plan to arrive early to account for parking and a short walk from all the nearby parking garages. However, if you arrive 30 minutes after your purchased time slot, you will not receive access.

Our helpful 90’s Experience staff will check both your ticket and ID at the door. 

Length of time and visits usually last about an hour. However, the time frame will vary between each party. But the party doesn’t end there! We have partnered up with various restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby and created a cool map so you can visit after leaving our event. 

Yes, the 90’s Experience are ADA friendly and compliant.

The 90’s Experience was created for all ages. Although, any children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some installations will have features that may require adult assistance, but overall, our event can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Strollers are not permitted inside the 90’s Experience exhibit areas due to the available space, however we do provide stroller storage in our designated area. Strollers must be folded while being stored.

Unfortunately, outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the 90’s Experience. There will be a variety of treats offered to our guests throughout the exhibit.

There are no public bathrooms inside our facility, however, there are two nearby bathroom locations outside of our venue for guests to use before and after the event.

The 90’s Experience is not responsible for any missing items during your visit. Although there will be a lost and found, we do not offer any guarantee that your lost item will be found or returned on site. For any other questions, feel free to contact support@experiencethe90s.com for more details.

It’s all about the photos at the 90’s Experience. You may take as many photos as you like, just keep in mind other guests who are also enjoying the space. Even though we do our best to make sure all the equipment and electronics are constantly running smoothly, there will always be a chance for equipment failure every now and then. Because of this, please make sure to take as many photos as you please as you go through the entire experience. Any professional camera equipment such as tripods, props, any commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and anything resembling these are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a 90’s Experience representative. 

The 90’s Experience is big on giving back. That is the reason why we created our C.A.R.E. (Community Assistance Reviving Experience) program. Each month, part of our proceeds will go to a local non-profit organization as we do our best to give back to where it counts the most.

The 90’s Experience does not offer any particular discounts for students or schools. However, please feel free to reach out to our staff at hello@experiencethe90s.com to discuss any potential outreach events.
