I am running late, will I still get in if I arrive after my ticket time?
Yes, once you arrive, we will do our best to get you in soon as possible. We are operating under a reduced maximum capacity so there may be a wait to get in based on the current number of guests in the space. Please keep in mind we close 90 minutes after the last time slot. See you in the 90s!
I have tickets but will not be able to make it. Can I reschedule my tickets?
We got you! Tickets may be rescheduled for no additional fee by contacting https://www.showclix.com/customer-service. Please allow 48 hours for a response. If this request in within 48 hours please provide: confirmation number, full name of purchaser, email used to purchase tickets, current date and time of tickets and requested date and time of tickets.
May I bring in pets?
We love pets although no pets are allowed inside the space. Service animals are allowed, we ask animals remain on leash or in a carrier during your visit.
Can I bring in props, tripods, camera equipment, light rings?
Yes, we want you to have the dopest shoot possible. We do ask that you do not monopolize an installation, allow other guests to move through the space. Guests may bring in props so long as they do not interfere with the experience of other guests, alter, damage, or displace any installations. Ultimately at the discretion of the Manager.
Do I have to wear a mask even if I am vaccinated?
Yes, all guests 3 years and old must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status while moving through the space. You may remove your mask while actively taking pictures as long as you are a minimum of 6 feet from staff or guests in other parties.
Are minors allowed?
Yes, minors are allowed although must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
Do you offer group rates (10 people or more) or private event rentals?
